    The Ministry of Culture and Tourism intends to stipulate that performance brokers should receive online continuing education

    The reporter learned from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on April 18 that in order to strengthen the team building of performance brokers and improve the standardized management level of performance brokers, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has studied and drafted the "Performance Brokers Continuing Education Management System (Trial)" and other management regulations , which will be open to the public for comments from today. The management system intends to stipulate that performance brokers should complete 20 hours of online continuing education through the performance broker management and service platform every year. Cultural and tourism administrative departments at all levels shall take the participation in continuing education as an important reference for the implementation of graded and classified management, credit evaluation, awards for excellence, and recognition of advanced performances for performance brokers. No fee shall be charged for training organized by the administrative department of culture and tourism.
