Geely Galaxy, which has seen rapid sales growth this year, is about to launch its largest SUV model, the M9. Officials say the price will be quite competitive.
It is reported that as the brand's "big flagship" built on the GEA Evo native architecture, with the full empowerment of AI, Geely Galaxy M9 will set a new value benchmark for full-size SUVs in five aspects: space, performance, energy saving, smart cockpit, and smart safety.

The Galaxy M9, with its "Galaxy Ripples" design aesthetic, embodies the aura and refinement of "the most beautiful large six-seater flagship SUV." Measuring 5205mm in length, 1999mm in width, and 1800mm in height, with a wheelbase exceeding 3 meters, it boasts a commanding and upright stance, with sleek proportions.
The front fascia features a dazzling, galaxy-like design composed of 380 micro-LEDs. The light strip also features adaptive blinding (ADB) technology, actively shielding oncoming traffic. The taillights, featuring a "rising sun" design, feature 436 built-in LEDs. When lit, the twinkling lights echo the front of the car.
In terms of interior design, Geely Bank M9 draws on the "three-entry mansion" design beloved by Chinese people. The six-seat layout allows every seat to lie down, and the "room ratio" of 88.3% leads its class. The 3.7-meter effective length and 1.3-meter interior height are also class-leading, together creating an extra-large interior area of 5.2 square meters.

The Geely Galaxy M9's comfort features are also "more tailored to the Chinese physique." The versatile cockpit features a built-in, one-touch, eight-mode comfort settings for convenient use, with one-touch restoration. Furthermore, while ensuring passenger comfort, the Geely Galaxy M9 boasts a 328-liter trunk, allowing for six passengers, each with their own suitcase (six 20-inch suitcases). With the second and third rows folded down, the storage space expands to a maximum of 2171 liters. Furthermore, the trunk's foot-activated opening mechanism, combined with the air suspension lowering mechanism, allows for convenient access to items, and there are up to 40 storage spaces throughout the vehicle.
Its new generation of AI smart cockpit, equipped with a super-human in-vehicle AI agent and an end-to-end AI voice model, will provide users with more proactive care and companionship as well as a subversive intelligent interactive experience.

In terms of driving control, the Geely Galaxy M9 is the first to be equipped with an AI digital chassis unique in its class, the first mass-produced magnesium alloy shell dual-wheel motor and the leading dual-chamber closed air suspension in its class, combined with the self-developed GVMC vehicle dynamic control system, breaking the performance limit of body dynamic control. Through Geely's self-developed G-TCS intelligent anti-skid control system, it can easily cope with complex road conditions and achieve stable control of tire blowouts in all scenarios on straight roads and curves.
In terms of power, the new generation of Thor EM-P AI hybrid is equipped with three motors and four-wheel drive, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds; it is equipped with the AI Cloud Power 2.0 large model, which is unique in its class. Under the CLTC working conditions, the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is only 4.8L, and the comprehensive cruising range exceeds 1,500 kilometers.
In terms of intelligent driving, the Geely Galaxy M9 is equipped with the Qianli Haohan H5 intelligent safety assisted driving system. The NOA system can be driven anywhere in the country and parked wherever there is a space. The AEB function can achieve high-speed braking at a maximum speed of 130km/h and supports G-AES general obstacle avoidance.
